Preview privacy notice

This notice describes the public website and synthetic-data preview, not a production healthcare service.

What you provide

Preview and demo requests collect your name, email, organization, professional context, interests, and preferred meeting time. Do not include patient information, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information in these forms.

Why it is used

Your information is used to review access, respond to demo requests, associate an authenticated account with approved membership, and administer the preview. Requests and review decisions are stored in the website database. A compact notification that a request is ready for review is sent to the project owner; request details remain in the protected administrator dashboard.

Account and organization boundaries

Sign-in is handled by the configured identity provider. NelvisHealth uses the authenticated account identity and email; it does not collect your identity-provider password. Company users share records only within their administrator-approved organization tenant. Users with consumer email addresses have separate personal tenants. Approval and revocation decisions are audited.

Service providers and sessions

The site uses Manus-provided application hosting, database, object storage, authentication, notifications, and AI services. Session cookies support secure sign-in. The promo player loads the supplied video from project storage. AI clinical features are limited to synthetic data and subject to consent and human review controls.

Requests and limitations

Use the contact/demo form to ask the preview team about your registration details or access. Removing a membership is an access change, not a guarantee that all audit or provider storage records are physically erased. The preview is not approved for real PHI or patient care. Production privacy, retention, and compliance processes remain pending.
