Preview use terms

This notice describes the public website and synthetic-data preview, not a production healthcare service.

Evaluation only

The platform is an evaluation preview using synthetic records. Do not enter real PHI, use it for patient treatment, rely on it for medication decisions, or submit real clinical orders or claims. External prescribing, payer, HIE, AWS and Fabric integrations are not connected.

Human judgment remains required

AI drafts and explanations may contain errors. Review all generated content. Demo signatures and workflow personas do not establish professional credentials, production prescribing authority, or verified clinical privileges.

Access and organizations

Registration does not guarantee access. The platform administrator reviews requests and may revoke preview membership. Do not misrepresent your organization, share credentials, access another tenant, or upload information you are not authorized to use. A matching email domain alone does not grant access.

Meetings and availability

Submitting a preferred demo time creates a request, not a calendar booking or invitation. The team must confirm scheduling separately. The preview does not promise availability, a service-level agreement, or production readiness.

Compliance boundary

This reference build is not a certified or clinically validated EHR. HIPAA assessment, SOC 2 attestation, ISO/IEC 42001 certification, clinical validation, and production security review remain separate work. The promo demonstrates the product vision, not completed integrations or certification.
